| SENDING/UPLOADING YOUR DIGITAL IMAGES TO POSTER JET STUDIO | ||||

There are SIX ways that you can send your digital images to us. Please use the one that is easiest and most convenient for you. |

UPLOAD your files
up to 25 MB directly to our web server. This is the faster method and best for
multiple files. You can select 4 files at a time to upload. If you
have more, repeat process after the first four are uploaded. To compress a file or send as multiples as a zip file(s): We recommend WinZip for PC's or Stuff it for Macs If you have very larger files use this FTP information. A file larger than 250MB should be reduced by reducing the image size, reducing the resolution or by flattening the layers. Follow the directions. Do not close the window until you see file name and size at bottom of the screen confirming the upload.

If you have a DSL or cable ISP, Simply ATTACH your files up to 5 MB to an email message
and send to orders@posterjetstudio.com Use "attach" and NOT copy and paste (or drag) image into message body. Your ISP may have limits on size and time to transmit emails and the process may fail due to "timing out" since the entire file has to be scanned by your anti-virus software before it is sent out to your ISP and the ISP may scan it again. Also, the time of day and web traffic may affect this process. If this happens, please try the Upload Option or compress file with WinZip before sending it.

Use FTP
to upload
larger files up to 300MB to a 3rd party site where we will retrieve them

| (4) | We can download the files from your FTP site. Send us an email with the link, file names, required user name and password if any. | |||
| (5) | Burn your files onto a CD and mail it to us. If a file is more than 250MB, reduce the image size, reduce the resolution, "flatten the layers"...it is unnecessarily large. We do not return CD's or DVD's unless you send a SASE. | |||

MAIL
your original photo, slide or negative for us to scan. If you have the
negative of a photo, it is always better to use that than a print.
Original photos will be returned with job or mailed separately.
You can send us everything by mail including
payment by check, money order or credit card# and billing information,
daytime phone #, any special instructions and shipping address (if
different). Sending a check
will NOT delay your order!
No order
for is needed. Just send a note.
